i work with people & small teams who need to get unstuck — whether that's figuring out what to build, how to communicate an idea, or just getting the messy stuff out of your head so you can see it clearly.
structured 1-on-1 or small group conversations to clarify what you're actually trying to do. we use simple frameworks (user story mapping, JTBD), not fancy tools.
user story maps, journey maps, system diagrams — whatever helps us see the full picture. whiteboards, sticky notes, sketches, miro, doesn't matter. the goal is shared understanding, not pixel-perfect deliverables. everything can be done online or in-person. no expensive software required.
