helping people get the ideas out of their heads && into a form they can actually work with.
work & thinking
examples of what it looks like when people think together at different fidelities.
- cadaster MVP: user story mapping — whiteboard-to-product collaboration, cross-functional alignment, turning messy thinking into a real system
- design systems audit at overstock — systems auditing, tool consolidation, cross-team collaboration, pattern documentation
how i can help
i work with people && small teams who need to get unstuck — whether that's figuring out what to build, how to communicate an idea, or just getting the messy stuff out of your head so you can see it clearly.
thinking sessions
structured 1-on-1 or small group conversations to clarify what you're actually trying to do. we use simple frameworks (user story mapping, JTBD), not fancy tools.
collaborative mapping
user story maps, journey maps, system diagrams — whatever helps us see the full picture. whiteboards, paper, miro, doesn't matter.
low-fidelity workshops
sticky notes, sketches, && conversation. the goal is shared understanding, not pixel-perfect deliverables.
async support
sometimes you just need someone to look at what you've got && help you organize it. i can do that over a shared doc or a quick loom.
everything can be done online or in-person. no expensive software required.
